Free US shipping over $99 and out the door within one business day. Anything unused can come back within 30 days.
Shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in Reno, Nevada, usually within one business day of payment. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
- US shipping is free on orders over $99.
- Under $99, US shipping is a flat $9.95.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Typical transit time is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. Those are estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally have other plans.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a part. To qualify for a refund, the item needs to be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Once the item arrives and checks out, the refund goes to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Wrong or defective item? We pay the return shipping and send the right one.
- Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? That's fine within 30 days; return shipping is on you.
